Question 1

What is ClawLI?

Accepted Answer

ClawLI is a connected workspace for relationships, pipeline, content, and AI assistance. Keep the people you know, the conversations you have, and your next actions together.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Founders, consultants, and teams managing relationships alongside their content. Work directly with records or ask the assistant for help.

Question 3

How do I get access?

Accepted Answer

Existing members can sign in. New users can join the waitlist from the sign-in page. Access and available features depend on your workspace and plan.

Question 4

What can I keep in the CRM?

Accepted Answer

People, companies, relationship history, opportunities, and next actions. Search and filter your records, open a person's context, and update the information your role lets you edit.

Question 5

Does completing a follow-up send a message?

Accepted Answer

No. Completing a next action records that the work is done; it does not send an email or a LinkedIn message.

Question 6

Can I edit an AI draft?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Edit and save drafts before approving or scheduling. Changes reset the factual-review acknowledgement, so you can check the revised text.

Question 7

Does ClawLI fact-check everything?

Accepted Answer

No. Source notes and automated checks help reduce unsupported claims, but they cannot guarantee accuracy. Verify statistics, quotations, and claims against reliable sources before approving or scheduling.

Question 8

Does Ready mean published?

Accepted Answer

No. Ready is a manual handoff state for a draft. It does not publish the post. A scheduled item and a published item are also different states; check the delivery status shown in your workspace.

Question 9

Can I use the formatter without signing in?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The public Post Formatter helps structure text and flags common filler. It does not publish your text or verify factual claims.

Question 10

How does the page prompt work?

Accepted Answer

It opens a private assistant conversation with the current page as context. Available actions still depend on your workspace permissions. Review the response and any action results.

Question 11

Can I connect ChatGPT or another assistant?

Accepted Answer

Supported clients can connect through the Connectors page. Review the access requested during setup. Connected assistants cannot send, publish, or delete through these tools.

Question 12

Can teammates see every record?

Accepted Answer

Access depends on organization membership, role, and record permissions. Switching organizations changes the workspace context; it does not grant additional access.

Question 13

Where are pricing and privacy details?

Accepted Answer

The Pricing page lists plans. Your workspace settings show the options available to your account. The Privacy and Terms pages describe data handling and the service agreement.
