1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawLI Command Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service. These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, team members, and invited collaborators.
2. Description of Service
ClawLI Command Center is a multi-tenant platform for managing LinkedIn content, CRM pipelines, and AI-powered content generation. The service includes LinkedIn account management, content scheduling, comment queue workflows, lead and deal tracking, and AI content generation features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, distribute spam or unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or use AI-generated content in ways that violate LinkedIn's terms of service or applicable platform policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create using the platform remains your intellectual property. AI-generated suggestions are provided as drafts for your review and modification. You are responsible for the final content you publish through the platform. The ClawLI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our proprietary property.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClawLI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
